Pencils 2023-

‘Pencil drawings’ are a series of artworks literally made with pencils set on a board.

I had the privilege to be awarded the Art Regional Price for the Midlands at the ING Discerning Eye 2023, exhibited at the Mall Galleries in London. This series has also been shown in 2024: 198th Annual Royal Scottish Academy (Edinburgh), RBSA Summer Show (Birmingham), Ferens Open Exhibition (Hull), MOMA Machynlleth (Wales), RBSA Prize (Birmingham), Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize (UK), ING Discerning Eye (London), in 2025 at Casa 4 Madrid (Spain), RBSA Drawing Prize (Birmingham) and NEA Open (Nottingham).
